Please read these terms carefully before using qquu. By accessing or placing a bet on qquu, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qquu website located at qquu.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities offered by qquu ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and players who have placed one or more wagers. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. qquu reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
qquu is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. By using this Platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Gambling carries financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Eligibility
To register and use the qquu Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. qquu operates a strict age-verification policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity and not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and promptly update such information if it changes.
- You must not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of qquu or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
Opening an account on qquu whilst under the age of 21 is a serious breach of these Terms. qquu will close any account found to be owned by a person under 21, void all wagers placed on that account, and recover any winnings paid out in error.
Account Registration & Security
You may register only one account on the qquu Platform. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account credentials confidential. qquu will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
- You must register using your real name, valid date of birth, and a working email address or mobile number. False registration information will result in immediate account closure.
- You are prohibited from allowing any other person to use your qquu account. Account sharing, whether for any reason, is strictly forbidden.
- You must notify qquu immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- qquu reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (KYC) at any stage of your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- All account information is stored securely using SSL encryption. qquu will never ask for your password via email or any messaging channel.
qquu reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for a breach, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
qquu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the following terms:
- The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed on the payment page and are subject to change at qquu's discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. qquu is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed satisfactorily.
- qquu reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a short processing delay. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
- Deposits made to a qquu account may not be transferred to any third party. Funds deposited on the Platform must be used for gaming and betting purposes only.
qquu aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. qquu does not guarantee specific processing windows but endeavours to complete all withdrawals as quickly as operationally possible.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, qquu offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") to registered players. All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual Promotion:
- Bonuses are only available to players who have satisfied all applicable eligibility criteria, including age verification and KYC.
- Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each Promotion is published on the relevant promotions page.
- qquu reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting wagers already placed in good faith under an existing Promotion.
- Only one bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account termination.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, upon making their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit is a real-money deposit that meets the minimum deposit threshold stated in the relevant Promotion. Welcome bonuses cannot be combined with any other Promotion unless explicitly permitted.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports bets placed on the qquu Platform are governed by the following general rules. Game-specific rules for casino titles are governed by the rules of each individual game provider. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
- All bets are final once confirmed. qquu does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest pricing error has occurred, at qquu's sole discretion.
- In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
- qquu reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error that resulted in odds being offered at a level that would not otherwise have been available.
- Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. qquu reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
- Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time during an event. qquu accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to a market being suspended.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qquu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to automated betting systems.
- Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or fraud.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
Where qquu determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may void all associated bets and transactions, withhold and recover any winnings paid, permanently close the account, and share relevant information with law enforcement agencies where legally required to do so.
Responsible Gaming
qquu is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: players may configure alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has been reached.
- Self-exclusion: players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

Intellectual Property
All content on the qquu Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of qquu or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of qquu. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qquu excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, qquu shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether for scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or any other reason.
- Any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game providers, or data feed suppliers integrated with the Platform.
- Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from the download of any material from the Platform, or from exposure to any virus or other technically harmful material through your use of the Platform.
Amendments & Governing Law
qquu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the general principles of commercial law. qquu endeavours to resolve all disputes amicably in the first instance through its customer support team.
